In story mode survival has to be rebalanced. With online play you can spam armor in a clutch. That is without using bodyguard mods, invincibility, trainer boons, etc. I hadn't had chance to check your spawn budget nor tested what would happen with optimal teamup (all/most weapons and having all the MCs hanging out togethers).
